Shipping Information: Once an order has been placed online, please allow up to 3-4 weeks for delivery. By accepting/submitting to these terms and conditions you authorize LANG Calendars Canada to select the courier for your products on your behalf. Residents of Canada will have items sent via Canada Post or Fedex.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the ability to make changes or cancellations. LANG Calendars Canada does accept product returns and requests for refunds. However, for both returns and refunds, LANG Calendars Canada must receive the item(s) in the same condition in which they were shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product arrives at LANG Calendars Canada. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping costs incurred when returning / requesting a refund of product. Once LANG Calendars Canada has received the product we will refund your money with the understanding that all refunds, returns or cancellations are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee. LANG Calendars Canada will only issue a refund with the return of the product.
